April Miller Cripliver has worked in technology education for more than 25 years. Her public school teaching
experience provides valuable insight into the technology needs of staff in an educational environment. She holds a Master’s
in Curriculum and Instruction and a PhD in MIS (Management Information Systems). Dr. Cripliver is a Microsoft Certified
Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, is Microsoft Office certified, and has been awarded the Certified Technical
Trainer designation from the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA). In addition,
Dr. Cripliver has
earned the A+, Network+, Security+, and Server+ certifications from CompTIA, and is a CompTIA Subject Matter Expert in these
areas. Dr. Cripliver writes a weekly Q&A technology column for the Times newspaper in northwest Indiana,
and has helped countless end-users through CrossLoop (www.crossloop.com).
